This week's Tune for Tuesday, "Hey Kids!!" as performed by AmaLee, is a fantastic cover of an amazing song I happened to hear performed live at an anime Valentine's Day event this weekend. I always thought Noragami had great opening themes, but I still never expected to hear a band perform one of said openings in person. It was such a treat!

This week's Tune for Tuesday, "Plumbershop Quartet" by Matthew Taranto, is a charming tribute to the amazing voice actor Charles Martinet. Thank you both for providing me with such wonderful memories over the years, and I look forward to seeing what else you each do from here on out.

This week's Tune for Tuesday, "Kokiri Forest" as performed by The Consouls, is a fantastic jazz cover of one of the first songs one hears upon starting up a brand new file in a marvelous game celebrating its 25th birthday today: The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time! This landmark game is responsible for many a fond memory of mine as well as countless other fans across the globe, and its stellar soundtrack is just one of many reasons for it!

Happy Halloween! This week's Tune for Tuesday, "Song of the Dead" as performed by Dangle, is a phenomenal cover of the opening to anime that I've been enjoying as of late, one that has really resonated with me & numerous others. Whether you're a horror fan, love some dark comedy, want to witness some great social commentary, or just like solid animation, I cannot recommend Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead enough!

This week’s Tune for Tuesday, “Devils Never Cry” by Tetsuya Shibata, is the main theme for the first M-rated video game I ever owned and an iconic song from an incredible series that is very dear to me. Wanna know the name? Devil May Cry!

This week’s Tune for Tuesday, “Amusement Park” by Keigo Hoashi, is just one of MANY haunting melodies found throughout the Drakengard/NieR series. As of this post, I’m currently only familiar with NieR: Automata and NieR: Gestalt, but just those two games alone have gotten me wanting to experience more of what this fascinating series has to offer!

This week's Tune for Tuesday, "Merry-Go-Round of Life" by Joe Hisaishi, is a song very near and dear to my heart. Back when I was in middle school, well over 15 years ago, I saw my first Studio Ghibli film, and while the plot, characters, setting, and beautiful art left one heck of an impression on me, this leitmotif has been permanently ingrained into my mind and soul. It is for these reasons and more I am very much excited to be seeing Howl's Moving Castle again tomorrow after all these years!

This week's Tune for Tuesday, "He's a Pirate" as performed by Taylor Davis, is a delightful cover of a song I've always enjoyed since I first heard it many years ago, and quite appropriate given a certain holiday taking place today. Enjoy!
